Forgive my pedantry Francis but I fear you may have confused your nursery rhymes. Little Jack Horner ate a Christmas pie – curds and whey were consumed by Little Miss Muffet. In response to your question, alas I cannot make any dietary suggestions, but would like to make the observation that he is a seriously handsome hunk. So well done you for the photo and for posting.
