With all this controversy surrounding the News Of The World recently it is understandable that the submitter who sent this in to TubeCrush came up with the ‘strapping’ heading. He surely is a good looker, and although its not your typical NOTW photograph, it could be used in the undercover covert investigation. For now though he will have to keep reading the Evening Standard on his way home.
