Suplex (ˈsuːplɛks) n:
A suplex is an offensive move used in professional sport wrestling . The move consists of one wrestler picking up his or her opponent off the ground (or mat) and then using a large portion of his or her own body weight to drive the opponent down on the mat.
Well, we couldn’t possibly think of a better way to spend a Bank Holiday Monday than seeing if this guy is fully versed in the art of the suplex. Can I have a volunteer please?
